TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
LICENSES: A single User License receives one (1) download and password. A Small Group License receives one (1) download and five (5) passwords.
LICENSING RESTRICTIONS: The FOR_C Licensee is permitted to distribute our Runtime Library source in conjunction with their own source code, which has been translated using FOR_C - providing the translated code does NOT function as a computer language translator! If the Licensee is providing translation services to a client, he/she is NOT permitted to copy and distribute our Runtime Library source along with translated code (in this situation, a license should be purchased for the client). Any exceptions are considered violations of our License Agreement and will be treated as such!
FOR EXAMPLE: If you are a Consultant translating code for a client under a specified contract, you will need to translate your client's code using your client's copy of FOR_C! By licensing the software in this manner, you may then distribute a copy of the Runtime Library source to your client without violating our License Agreement.
MEDIA: Media is supplied in the following formats: Windows CD or Download files
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Checks drawn on a US Bank (sorry no International Bank checks), or International Wire Transfer.
SALES TAX: Georgia residents/corporations please add applicable sales tax to the above prices. If purchasing for resale, please provide your Resale Number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Prepayment is required, including shipping charges (US$65 per product). Please allow 5-7 business days for airfreight, plus Customs Clearance.
SHIPPING: UPS Ground shipping is provided, at no extra cost on all orders within the Continental US.
EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT: An educational discount is available to bona fide colleges and universities.
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted up to 15 days from the purchase date, as long as the software remains unauthorized. (The product is considered authorized once a Password/Site Key is obtained.) A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: All product licenses include two (2) hours' free technical support, to be used within 60 days of purchase. Yearly technical support is available in 3, 6 and 12 hour increments per year (varies for each product and type of license.) Please call for more information.
UPGRADES: Minor product upgrades are available for no extra charge. Major upgrades are priced separately.
